Our rooms

The Double Bedroom

A large sunny double room on the first floor and with a private bath and shower room (with french windows overlooking the garden) and separate toilet. Bathrobes supplied. If you book just one room, you’ll be staying in this double room. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Fast Wifi.

The Single Bedroom

This is next to the double bedroom and this is only for those who have booked the double room as well. We often have families staying and the 2 bedrooms are perfect – they share the same private shower room and toilet and these are all on the same floor. Fast Wifi.

The Kitchen

Breakfast with cereals, fruit, home made bread and jam and fresh coffee or tea is included in the price. The kitchen is on the ground floor overlooking our garden. This is our family room, so we can’t open it for evening meals, but there are plenty of cafes within 5 minutes walk.

The Shower and Bathroom

A sunny room in the afternoon with views of the garden. The shower is over the bath. Towels, shower creams and bathrobes are supplied. The bathroom is only used by our guests. See our photo gallery for more photos of the house.

About Us

Kitchen
We would be delighted to welcome you to our lovely home in a very quiet private road. We’re just 3 mins walk from the vibrant centre of Crouch End and only 30 mins from London’s West End. We are Airbnb Superhosts with a large sunny double bedroom and a sunny single bedroom. The shower room and toilet are private – used only by our guests and we only accept one booking at a time, so if you only use one of the rooms the shower and toilet are just for you. Breakfast is in our kitchen overlooking the garden – it includes home-made bread and jams and fresh coffee. Some German and French spoken. We work from home in the arts, and are happy to give information or make suggestions to enhance your visit. We have lived in the area for many years and love it.

We are 3 mins walk from the centre of Crouch End, which has a lovely village like feel, with a wide array of shops, restaurants, gastropubs, wine bars, pubs and cafes. This dynamic hub includes two cinemas, a good library, outstanding bakers and specialist shops.

The area is surrounded by parks and opens spaces. Alexandra Palace is 20 mins walk away with a boating lake, Sunday farmers’ market, pitch and putt course, skate park and ice rink. There are parks and woods within easy walking distance and it is 10 mins by car to the vast and glorious Hampstead Heath. How to get to us >

For 1 guest: £50 per night plus a one-off £10 cleaning fee (so 2 nights would be £110 in total)
For 2 guests: £60 per night plus £10 cleaning (so 2 nights would be £130)

Total price for 2 guests in separate rooms: £70 per night plus a one-off £20 cleaning fee (so 2 nights would be £160 in total)
